The FAIR Hiring Initiative (TFHI) is a Philippines-registered non-profit organization that develops, tests, and promotes global ethical recruitment models and technologies. We also address issues of forced labor, debt bondage, and human trafficking in labor migration through training, applied research, and technical advice.
